We always look for air‑conditioned rooms because my friend and I rely on respiratory machines. The room we booked was advertised as having air conditioning, but it didn’t work. Instead a loud column fan sat in the middle of the room. We didn’t sleep at all that night – it was a real nightmare.

The place was clean and the pool was nice. The booking said there would be air conditioning, yet there was none – just a fan and a non‑working AC unit. It was impossible to sleep that night, especially when it was hot. On top of that the hotel sits right on a road, so we barely slept; the ad about the AC was misleading.
