“Excelente experiencia.”
The location is excellent, right near the central square. The facilities are pleasant and pretty. The pool cleaning is lacking and maintenance is missing.
“A Perfect Getaway”
The guest thoroughly enjoyed their stay, praising the hotel's excellent room, ample space, comfortable climate, and great pool.
“A Mixed Experience: Comfortable Rooms, Disappointing Service”
While our stay was generally pleasant, there were some issues with the hotel's cleanliness and staff behavior that detracted from our experience. The rooms were comfortable, but the pool area needed attention, and the breakfast service was not well-managed.
“Una noche muy larga.”
The breakfast was fine. The rooms lack privacy; you can hear all the noise and smells from neighboring rooms and the outside, which made it very hard to sleep.
“A Central Location with Room for Improvement”
The hotel's proximity to the central park was a highlight, but the evening reception service left much to be desired due to the staff's lack of attentiveness. Overall, the hotel's excellent breakfast made up for the shortcomings in customer service.
