“Great staff! Hadar was extremely accommodating and helpful.”
The breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide range of options for dietary restrictions. The downside was the heavy use of air freshener, which felt overpowering.

The staff handled my complaint about the missing shower curtains and the strong urine smell in the room very well. The room itself had a pronounced urine odor and no shower curtains.

The place was tidy and the staff came across as friendly, but the beds were a nightmare—pillow‑softness turned into almost nothing, and the air conditioner made a racket. A mechanical unit outside the window cycled on and off all night, waking us up several times, and the towels felt as thin as bedsheets. The closet was missing a shelf, so there was no spot to hang clothes.
