The mattress was fine. The entire house had a bad smell, there were stains on the carpet, the kitchen was dirty, and there was no mirror.

Al llegar a la ciudad me cambiaron la dirección. El lugar donde me indicaron no era el que reserve. Las fotos no coincidían. La zona es peligrosa. La puerta de la habitación no cerraba. Wifi no funcionaba, el baño se inundaba. Escribí y no me dieron ninguna respuesta. Abandone propiedad porque me sentí muy insegura. Estoy esperando el reembolso del dinero a través de la plataforma de atencion al cliente de Booking y no me contestan. NO RECOMIENDO este lugar. Al llegar a la ciudad me cambiaron la dirección. I had to request my ID via WhatsApp, and the hotel cancelled my booking the morning I was scheduled to check in. They only told me the room was unavailable after I asked on the day of arrival, and offered me a stay at a distant property with a shared bathroom, which I refused. Thankfully I got a full refund, but I would have paid £60.00 more elsewhere to avoid this hassle.
