Rosebank is spacious, spotless and beautifully appointed. Light and airy with a lovely shower room, very comfortable bed and a wonderful breakfast, we could not have asked for more. We were able to sit out in the lovely orchard - perfect. It was perfect in every way

The room was lovely with great facilities, and the continental breakfast, left daily in our room by Kate, was wonderful; Kate was super friendly. There is nothing to dislike.

The hosts were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast delicious, the bathroom nice, the bed huge and comfy, and the apartment private and warm. It would help to have a mirror near a plug socket for styling hair, and the microwave was a bit tricky to reach because it was low down—minor things.

Rosebank B&B was a lovely place to stay—clean, cute, and cosy, exactly what we needed. The breakfast was lovely too, and Kate really made it feel like home.
