The stay went fine overall. The location is perfect and everything is within reach. The breakfast could use improvement, and the bathroom was missing the towel that goes on the floor right after the shower. On the third day, the day before departure, those floor towels were finally placed. We arrived with four floor towels but without the shower‑floor towel and left with only two. Still, the experience was satisfactory overall.

The location is ideal for exploring the city. The staff were very friendly and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and brand new. A perfect 10. The breakfast was just average.

The hotel scores a 10 for its location, just 25 metres from the Basilica San Esteban, and it’s exactly the type of small but well-equipped place we like. The breakfast that’s included could be a bit more varied, but it’s acceptable.
