I paid a high price for a stay that felt like a joke, and the service was pathetic—room changes happen at the last minute and basic questions get ignored. The food is outrageously expensive and bland, and the room details in the description were far from what we actually received. The so‑called garden view was nothing but a lie.

The restaurant staff were extremely courteous, and I must single out Mr Surendra for his unbeatable customer service—thanks a thousand times! However, despite being marketed as a beach hotel, it wasn’t one, which was the main reason we booked this five‑star property, and we couldn’t access the sea at all. Arriving after midnight we had to change suites three times because the front door or the air‑conditioning failed, forcing us to move from one shabby room to another instead of sleeping. Even though we booked a suite, we gave it up for a more modern room, yet the overall standard was far from five‑star. As compensation we were taken to the beach twice, although daily trips had been promised.
