The location is great and I’d definitely come back, but the bathtub was broken.

The room was spacious, even with a balcony, yet it was filthy with hair everywhere. It was pricey, probably because weekend rates are double the usual. At check‑in, the hotel demanded an extra 40 000 Won even though I’d prepaid everything, which is typical in Korea with no cancellation rights. I refused to pay the 40 000 Won. Everything felt off, so I can’t recommend this place.

The spot’s right next to the beach and the lake, but at night you hear a lot of noise from nearby buildings.

It’s super close to the beach and very comfy, but the furniture feels a bit old.

The location is excellent: the sea (main entrance, promenade, restaurants) is 3 min away, bus stops are around the corner, and 7‑Eleven, CU, GS25, and other shops are also very close. The lake and its park are directly opposite. The beds are very comfortable and large. The cigarette smell is there, but it disappears when you open a window. Note that the owners don’t speak English; you’ll need a translator. The plumbing needs an upgrade: the toilet leaks, the bathtub is cracked all the way through, but the water pressure is great. It’s a motel, not a hotel, so you shouldn’t expect too much. The room lighting could use at least one desk lamp.
