This is now our go‑to hotel whenever we have a layover or need a stay in Manila. The bed is soft and comfortable, the staff are kind and accommodating, and the location is very convenient. Definitely staying here again!

“Basically ok. Nice room, nice staff but not great facilities”

The staff were friendly, helpful, very accommodating, and apologized when things went wrong. But there was no food service at all—the restaurant was closed. I’d just arrived after a long flight, they knew I was coming, yet I had to order take‑out for delivery. Not great.
