I chose this place because it was halfway on my route, but the pet rate had hidden fees – it started at $70, then jumped to $75 plus tax. I called to ask, got a confusing answer, and was told “you’re complaining over $10.85?” I’m not okay with being insulted about hidden fees, and if there was a mistake in quoting the rate and the extra taxes weren’t mentioned, that should be admitted.
