The onsen was fantastic, though the rooms felt a bit cramped; considering it's Tokyo, that was acceptable.

The hotel offered plenty of amenities, but the triple room was much smaller than the photo shown at booking, and the communal bath area was tight—when someone else was using the shared shelf, I had to wait behind them until they finished. The TV's crowd‑level indicator didn't match reality; even during supposedly free times the place was still packed.

The staff were welcoming and the rooms and common areas are quite spacious, but the breakfast was missing hot chocolate for kids and a variety of cereals or other sweet items.
