Overall, the Hotel Restaurant Bullerdieck was acceptable, but my experience was mixed. On the positive side, the receptionist at check‑in was extremely friendly and welcoming, the beer garden was genuinely nice and cozy, my room in the guesthouse was large and well‑furnished, and the bathroom was very pretty. On the negative side, early on the evening of my second night I reported to the reception that my toilet wasn’t draining properly; they assured me it would be taken care of. When I returned to my room later that night, nothing had happened. The main issue was that the reception was already closed and there was no other public toilet in the guesthouse, so I couldn’t use the bathroom all night. Only the next morning at 6:30 am could I ask staff where I could find a toilet. For a price of €340 per night, this is absolutely unacceptable. At that rate I expect such problems to be resolved immediately or at least a temporary solution to be offered. Because the rooms were nice and the reception was friendly, I still give an overall “adequate”, but the service in a problem situation needs urgent improvement.

Lovely upmarket hotel set in lovely surroundings, very friendly welcoming staff, huge room and the food and beer in the beer garden is amazing. Nothing wrong with the hotel but a tip for people using booking. Com this was our first time booking with a dog and we entered on booking. Com that we would have a dog with us but they didn't let the hotel know and it was a little awkward when we checked out that the hotel asked for a fee for our dog witch is fine but it's the fact that they didn't know we would have a dog and they had to ask for the feedback

The staff were very friendly and cooperative during the rebooking. The rustic beer garden, the breakfast, everything was great. The TV didn’t respond to the remote. The shower was too hard to adjust, and with soapy hands it was impossible.
