The welcome was warm, the room was clean and spacious with a large bathroom, and breakfast was great, but the third floor has no elevator.

The place was lovely, the service was relatively expensive but worth it, and breakfast was very nice.

The staff were friendly, the room was clean and roomy, and the location was excellent, but the pool was a bit shaded and cold, which might actually be a plus on warmer days.

Breakfast was superb with a wide variety for many cultures, the staff were exceptionally friendly, hospitable, and spoke good English, but Chiang Mai, including the hotel, has a shortage of garbage bins on the streets and inside the premises, which was the only thing that bothered me as I had to hunt for a bin each time I wanted to dispose of trash.

The location, staff, and breakfast were good, but the lack of an elevator made carrying luggage up and down exhausting, the hanger rack was too high for my 175 cm height, and overall it isn’t suited for elderly guests who lack stamina.
