The location is excellent with a lovely view of the lake. The staff were friendly and considerate. The restaurant was good and tasty. The facilities could use a fresh makeover, as they feel a bit dated. Moreover, the electricity and water were cut off the following morning and did not return until check‑out.

The hotel team was wonderfully kind, and we felt very comfortable from the very first moment. We booked a budget double room, which was sufficient for two nights. The bathroom was renovated and spacious, with plenty of storage and shelving in both the room and the bath. The view of the reservoir is breathtaking. We will gladly return.

The hotel’s location is truly beautiful, offering a fantastic view of the Kelbraer Reservoir. It was ideal for our concert visit. The staff were friendly and visibly attentive. Missing soap and towels were promptly replaced upon request. The breakfast, priced at 15 € per person, was unfortunately a big disappointment. We were explicitly told it would be a buffet, yet the selection was very limited: plain sliced cheese, sausage and ham of supermarket quality, boiled eggs, butter, a little cucumber and pepper, jam, Nutella, and a few apples and bananas. No cereals, yogurt, or a broader range were available. The presentation also seemed lackluster. For this offering, 15 € is far too expensive; about 8–9 € would have been more reasonable. Other guests also expressed clear dissatisfaction with the breakfast.
