The pool was great, and a staff member named Harvey was helpful. My son nearly had his toe ripped off by the kick plate on the door, and the staff offered minimal first‑aid assistance; I managed to save his toe but they didn’t fix the can opener at the bottom of the door. They cleaned the blood off the floor quickly and gave me one free night, yet when we checked out they charged my card $292 and I couldn’t get an explanation after multiple phone calls.
