The staff were very attentive despite the language barrier. There weren’t as many samples of tea, cottons, or toothbrushes as in other Osaka hotels I’ve stayed at, but that’s a plus.

The staff were very friendly, clear, and helpful, and they spoke English quite well, which helped us in many ways.

The staff were attentive, especially the receptionist Pakrash who was a great help, and the room had a microwave and kettle for heating food. However, the place was quite dirty—the carpet in the room and corridors, the trash in the hallways wasn’t cleared for three days, and the fridge barely chilled anything.

The price and location were good, and there were no particular complaints.

The staff were friendly, the building felt solid, the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was nice; however, with three beds it got really cramped because they squeezed an extra bed into a room meant for two.
