I liked the location, but after booking I learned parking was already paid for. In the bathroom the tiles on the wall and the bed had crumbs. The room was 19 °C, no heating, and they offered me a second blanket.

The hotel’s location is very communicative. The staff are polite and always ready to help. I couldn’t turn on the air‑conditioning; even though I set it to warm, it still blew cold air. There were toothpaste stains on the bathroom door. The hot water lasted only about 5 minutes, so I had to take a cold shower.

The room was huge, almost a small apartment, with everything you need, located near a quiet park, great value for money; the hotel is a 15‑minute walk to the direct metro to Sofia (0.8 € one‑way, same return), driving is best avoided in Sofia, there’s a nice pool, and breakfast is superb. The hot water struggled to reach the 8th floor, a bulb was burnt out in the toilet, two elevators were out of order, the carpet was heavily stained, and maintenance seems to be struggling to keep up.

Breakfast was very good, the staff were courteous, the place is nice and close to almost everything. The elevator was out of service and the guests were unpleasant.
