The air conditioning was nice and cool, which was a relief. However, the toilet didn't work properly, the TV wasn't functioning, and the room was infested with cockroaches.

“Good”

The hotel's room was a pleasant surprise - it was huge. I mean, I've stayed in smaller apartments. The price, however, was a different story. It was ridiculously cheap, which made me wonder if they were cutting corners somewhere. Still, the spacious room made up for the low price, and I ended up feeling like I got a good deal.

I was really looking forward to a relaxing stay, but things got off to a rocky start. The hotel's location is pretty great, right in the heart of the city, but the noise from the street was a bit of a problem. The room itself was small but spotless, and the staff were super friendly and helpful, especially when I checked in late. However, the real issue was the lack of water supply - I had to wait till 8am to even get a drink, let alone take a shower.

“kurang selesa, bilik air bocor, tak bersih, pintu bilik air tak boleh kunci”

The breakfast was decent, no complaints there. But the initial service was really disappointing, the staff was a bit harsh and told me to go ask the hotel directly if I had any issues, even though I had already paid online.
