1) The staff were great, helping us with several issues and responding quickly even when we couldn’t get to the apps at 00:00 because of a broken key. 2) The location is awesome – only 10‑15 minutes from the Colosseum and Termini train station. 1) There was no shampoo or shower gel, which was uncomfortable after the long trip and left no chance to shower. I think it’s not hard to provide two small cans for this price, as in any other hotel. 2) The hair dryer was broken – it was half‑molten and scary to turn on. 3) It was very loud – on two of the three nights we couldn’t sleep well because the neighbours thought they were alone, using the microwave at 2 AM, loud toilet usage, and noisy steps. Be prepared that you may not get a good sleep here. Our Rome vacation was a bit ruined by sleepless nights.

“Value for location is good for Rome, great host”

The location is fine and well connected to the metro and nearby bus stations. The accommodation was private, with a small bathroom inside the room that gave us privacy. The bathroom inside the room is small and hard to bathe in.

The room was freshly cleaned and air‑conditioned. Note that the kitchen and bathroom are shared. The accommodation is especially suitable for younger generations. Good location. Friendly staff. The kitchen lacks any coffee maker or possibility for coffee brewing, which is a big minus. Also, we couldn’t use the building’s gas stove or oven, apparently because someone is afraid of a fire. Therefore, families who want to cook themselves should not stay here.

The location was great and the apartment itself was good, even for a few days, and I kept in touch with the owner throughout. The only issue was that the key for the front door didn’t work.
