No breakfast, central location. The door‑opening system with the phone that must always be operational was a nightmare, especially on the first day with the ant invasion; on the second day the lock was broken and we couldn’t close the door. No one from Agi moved or called the contractor, worsening the issue. We will not recommend this place; it’s better to avoid it. I demand compensation for all these problems!

The cleaning ladies were very friendly and even brought fresh towels, and the agency replied fairly quickly and politely via WhatsApp, though not always successfully; phone calls always landed on hold. Otherwise the location is perfect for a beach holiday. Unfortunately, my request for a first‑floor room was ignored. My husband, 72, has health issues and it was exhausting for him to climb the stairs to the third floor every day. We also wanted a double bed, which apparently wasn’t possible. You can state preferences when booking, but they’re not honored. Finding a parking spot is very difficult, which makes unloading luggage a hassle.
