“Muito próximo ao parque!”

The hotel is very close to the entrance of Beto Carrero World. Even in the rain we could walk in and out without problems. The rooms are very clean and spacious, the beds comfortable. The air conditioning can cool or heat the room. The bedding is very clean, and the daily housekeeping is meticulous. Everyone at the front desk was friendly and helpful; they gave us a towel to dry the stroller we rented for our daughter at the park, and offered a safe place to keep it. They were always ready to answer questions and give suggestions. Breakfast was delicious, with many options that satisfied every family member. The hotel has a closed parking lot and also has spaces in front where we could leave our car. We will definitely come back! No complaints.

I had an absolutely unforgettable experience at Hotel Balneário do Parque with my family; from the moment we arrived we were welcomed in an exceptional way. The entire staff shows surreal attention and genuine affection for guests, taking care of every little detail so we feel at home. The setting is extremely cozy, beautiful, and impeccably maintained, and the breakfast is simply delicious, with a wide variety and everything fresh. The highlight that won our hearts forever was my daughter's birthday: after returning to the room late at night following a full day at Beto Carreiro, we were greeted with a lovely birthday decoration, balloons, and a banner. That sensational and caring gesture proves how much they truly care about the guests' experience. Even though the hotel may not have an official five‑star rating, the impeccable service, empathy, and warmth from the entire team made it a five‑star experience from start to finish for us. I recommend it with closed eyes to anyone looking for a welcoming place and top‑level service; we will definitely come back.
