Management and staff were all very friendly and attentive to every need. The rooms were clean, pet‑friendly, family‑friendly, and convertible, so I’d definitely come back. This is my favorite place.

“I was not happy, the stay wasn't worth the money spent.”

The surrounding area was nice with plenty of dining spots and parks. The microwave was missing, there were no ice machines on the property, the bathroom fan didn’t work, making the floor very slippery after a shower, and the toilet seat was broken but manageable. We arrived on Saturday and the outside trash can overflowed onto the grass all weekend; the trash room containers overflowed and the smell drifted through the hallways. I was glad the property accepted pets, but guests didn’t pick up their dog poop around the property.

“Very disappointing.”

The location was good. The front desk staff was rude and I had to wait over four hours for my room. I arrived at 1 pm, but my room wasn’t ready until 5 pm. I hated having to take my dirty towels to the front desk to get clean ones. The entire facility needs its carpet cleaned. The bathroom needs an update. The complimentary breakfast is a joke. I definitely will never stay at your facilities again.
