The Seagate Hotel turns out to be a rare find when traveling worldwide, surpassing every expectation. The staff are not only friendly and professional but also constantly attentive to our needs, with small touches that show a real effort to make the stay comfortable. The layout and amenities are practical, and even the placement of light switches in the rooms feels thoughtful. Maintenance clearly takes priority, making the hotel feel brand‑new. Rooms are extremely spacious, featuring a high‑quality bed with comfortable pillows, a large sofa, a small dining table with chairs, plenty of cupboards, an extra‑large TV, and thoughtfully placed night lights. The bathroom boasts a separate toilet, a large walk‑in shower, a beautiful large bath, and a full range of high‑quality toiletries. The location is excellent: the beach, restaurants, and cafés are all within walking distance, and a free shuttle is available for those who prefer not to walk. The exclusive beach pool and club add extra allure, with umbrellas, lounges, and a restaurant offering tasteful meals and excellent service around the pool, beach, and dining areas. Honestly, nothing needed improvement or change.

The location is great. My colleagues stayed here twice, and on both occasions the front desk tried to charge extra fees for items that were already included in the booking, like breakfast. They also seemed to double‑charge parking. This left a bad impression and caused irritation. The breakfast service was also perceived as unfriendly, which ultimately let the overall experience fall short.

The property is beautiful and the location is great. The beach service was amazing and totally worth it. However, the food and drinks were WAY overpriced and the breakfast customer service was poor.
