The breakfast was lovely
We felt really looked after and really cared for at this hotel by Jess and the other staff.
Lovely location.
The pool was quickly cleaned & sauna turned on to warm up afterwards

The hotel's food and staff were excellent, but the house needs renovation to meet luxury standards.
I had a lovely breakfast, but wasn't hungry enough to fully enjoy it, however everything was terrific.
“This historic 1842 farmhouse property was delightful , rooms well appointed, delicious breakfasts and very good evening”
The farm feels like a pastoral gem, rich with history and still boasting its original Wool Shed, Shearers Quarters, and sweeping views of The Grampians, though the tennis court and its gear could use better upkeep.
“Very relaxing.”
The breakfast was lovely, although we weren’t hungry after the beautiful dinner the night before, so it didn’t feel like we made the most of it. Everything else was terrific.
The hotel is a historic farm with scenic views, but has a poorly maintained tennis court.
