Parking was poorly managed; there weren't enough spots, so I had to get up and move my car so another could exit. There were also too many pre‑stay contacts with administration.

The peace and quiet were great. I would improve the breakfast; it should be included, even if just the alfajor with coffee! Everything else was perfect, and the service was excellent.

The staff were warm and friendly, but they forgot to note our reservation. They didn’t tell us about it either, so we had to sort it out on the spot. Luckily we got lucky and managed to sort it out without too much hassle.
