The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, the owners were very welcoming, we had time to chat and they made sure we were satisfied with our room and breakfast, all very pleasant, and the view from our room was great—we could see the sea.

I’ve stayed here twice now and I’m not planning to leave anytime soon; the staff are friendly, the rooms and beds are comfortable, and the food is fantastic.

The room was clean and the breakfast was good, but the bar and kitchen are closed on Mondays, the cover photo actually shows other buildings in Instow, there’s no parking, Wi‑Fi is poor, the bed was uncomfortable and the mattresses need replacing, and overall the place feels tired and in need of refurbishment.

The staff were friendly and eager to help, the breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and the bed was incredibly comfortable; the location is great—just a stone’s throw from the sea but quiet because it’s a bit off the main road. The building looks tired like many seaside hotels, but you could see that upgrades were underway.

Frühstück à la carte sehr reichhaltig, wenn man wollte. Nette Bedienung. Baustelle am Haus. Am Abend kein Personal
