The room was spotless, making for a great stay.
The views of the Smoky Mountains from our room were absolutely stunning – it was like waking up to a postcard every morning.
The breakfast at this hotel was top-notch - a real highlight of my stay.

The lobby was decorated for the local college move‑in, and the staff were always exceptional; the place itself is wonderful and the prices are very reasonable.
The room was clean and the staff were friendly.
“The hotel was great, the food was great, but the Wi-Fi is a little spotty”
The morning breakfast was great and the location close to the college was awesome, plus the view outside our window was nice. The Wi‑Fi was pretty terrible; phones and laptop both kept stalling or losing signal.
Breakfast was good, but I wish they still offered hard‑boiled eggs and a sugar‑free coffee creamer; the hotel on the 3rd floor felt a bit stuffy this time, which is unusual for a place we visit several times a year. Our bathroom lacked a conditioner bottle in the shower, but it was replaced quickly after we let the desk know. The hotel is always an easy stay, and if they accepted pets we’d stay even more when traveling with our dog.
“Excellent choice in Cullowhee”
This was the best hotel stay we’ve had in Cullowhee, NC—great location, clean hotel and room. Breakfast was VERY limited: no yogurts and the hot foods never got refreshed. One elevator was out of order, making it a hassle to get to and from our room, and the ice machine on our floor was also out of order. The A/C in our room was temperamental and loud.
