We had a wonderful stay with Senkei and Naomi, who were warm and caring hosts. The house was comfortable, spotless and practical, and we had the entire ground floor to ourselves. We’ll gladly return.

The place was clean and tidy, and the innkeeper was courteous. The narrow alley leading to the inn is too tight for large cars, so don’t force it in. Street parking costs ¥500 per night.

Beautiful traditional to Tommy room lovely host that made us feel very welcome. Neighbourhood is very quiet and easy to get around. It’s a little bit far from most attractions…but still worth the extra time on the train since you have a very unique experience with great host
