The location was excellent with a sea view and terrace, and we were lucky to find an outside parking spot; otherwise the process would have been very complicated. I was annoyed when I was later told that check‑in was only possible until 21:00 because they claimed to be “no hotel,” yet it was still possible an hour later.

The hotel was very friendly and the room was very clean, with a warm welcome and small touches like a breakfast and a small bottle of Prosecco upon arrival. However, it was too far from the city centre to walk comfortably, and the terrace was unusable for smokers.

We had a very pleasant stay at Dora’s place. The accommodation was clean, functional, and well equipped. We especially liked the free water, beer, and towels that were provided. Dora also had two adorable cats that we could cuddle with. The terrace offered a magnificent view of San Remo, perfect for relaxing. In short, a comfortable, welcoming, and very enjoyable lodging that we highly recommend.

It is extraordinarily beautiful with a superb view, and Mrs. Dora was very attentive to everything to ensure we had a wonderful stay. I recommend this location – it’s superb!
