The staff were adorable, the place was very clean, well‑located, and the common area was pleasant. It was cold, and there was no hot water.

They were flexible with check‑in and check‑out. I thought breakfast was included with the price, but it was an extra cost.

The positives are that it’s clean, organized, and well‑located, but cleanliness and organization are the minimum expected from a hostel, and there are 200 other well‑located places in Cusco, so it’s not a real differentiator. The hotel doesn’t offer Wi‑Fi, which is absurd in 2026. Another major downside is the lack of respect for quiet hours; the hostel is extremely noisy because there are apparently no rules, so light sleepers suffer.

The place is very cozy, the staff attentive, and it’s very well located. Breakfast is delicious and served as a buffet. Everything was perfect.
