“A Nobel that needs proofreading”
We appreciated the house’s unique design and the rooms, each themed after a literary author. The location was good and the place was not crowded; the welcome was polite and to the point. However, accessibility needs improvement: the room was on the 2nd floor with at least 15 steps and no elevator, making it hard to haul luggage up without help. Breakfast was a surprise: we received a voucher for nearby cafés, yet we were still charged for a dish that turned out not to be included in the amount. If the business promises breakfast, the conditions must be clear and visible. Additionally, the air conditioning was controlled centrally and could not be adjusted by us; it took a long time and a very assertive request to turn it off.
