The roof offers a nice view. The ground‑floor rooms belong to the owners, Álvaro and his wife, who live on the second floor; they and other guests use the kitchen, living room, and bathroom. The owners respect privacy, but the environment isn’t. Cleanliness is maintained, but the walls are very thin; in the afternoon we heard the owners’ TV, and at night we heard intimate noises from a couple next to my room, making my family uncomfortable and preventing us from sleeping. Other guests have noted that the window is very small, it gets hot, and mosquitoes enter the room, biting us 20 times more over two days. An additional point: the owner offers shuttle bus tickets from a more expensive agency, supposedly earning a commission. That unnecessary cost affected the trip. I regret that they took advantage of our ignorance.
