The location is within walking distance of Funchal, and the restaurant next to the hotel is nice. The staff are friendly. The pool was a bit cold, but otherwise everything was fine.
We enjoyed a very pleasant stay; the reception girls were sweet, friendly, and always ready to help. The room was just right, and breakfast was hearty and a great start to the day. There’s a laundry service at reception for €10/kg. The view was absolutely stunning. The accommodation has a swimming pool, though we preferred the sea. Overall, we loved it and would gladly recommend the place. Everything was ok.
The staff were very pleasant, and the poncha was excellent.

The apartment was fantastic, featuring a large terrace that offered a stunning view of the ocean and Funchal. Daily housekeeping, fresh towels, and new linens were provided. The staff were very friendly, greeting us warmly at arrival and departure. Breakfast was delicious, especially the sweet items and the amazing bread. They tried to vary the menu each day, which we appreciated. Whenever something was missing, the chefs worked quickly to replenish it. Thank you for a wonderful stay! However, everything was in excellent condition, but if you want a critique, the breakfast selection could be larger, and when you pack breakfast for guests, avoid adding tomatoes to toasted bread sandwiches; all the sandwiches softened and became inedible. We do appreciate the option to take breakfast to go. Other than that, it was truly great!
