The location is great, close to Brick Lane, easy to find and enter, and the pods are reasonable. It’s good for a short stay. The mattress is quite hard and the pods aren’t soundproof, yet I slept well. It does the job for a budget stay in London, and I would stay again. The only downside is that there is only one shower for eight people.
