The desk attendant was less friendly and helpful the second night when I asked about drinking water, compared to the first night. The water jug that was supposed to have free ice lemon water stayed empty all weekend. Our bathroom floor wasn't very clean and felt tacky when we stepped on it. On Sunday morning the television wouldn't work; the attendant promised to send maintenance right up, but they never arrived. That morning we found a large dead roach on the dining room floor, which ruined my wife's appetite. The commode seat was loose and slid back and forth.
