The breakfast was great, but the sofa was too close to the wall and the bedroom drawer was still broken.

The location was very good; we only stayed there for a layover.

The staff were generally very friendly, we shared a self‑service breakfast for three people (included in the room price), and it’s a perfect spot for anyone heading to the Dolomites in Italy; the only issue was a small problem starting the TV, but that was just for one night.

The apartment was large, the location was beautiful, the breakfast was tasty, and the place was dog‑friendly.

I gave a rating of 1 because I’ve never met people with such low moral character; two families arrived at the property around 9:30 PM with three children in wheelchairs and two Westie dogs, and we were denied accommodation because the rooms we had booked were supposedly not pet‑friendly (the hotel advertises itself as pet‑friendly, but after speaking with Booking, they confirmed this was stated in the terms and conditions—which I find appalling); after arguing with a manager on the terrace, we were literally chased off the hotel grounds (the children had medical appointments scheduled for the very next morning); to make matters worse, they refused to refund our money, Booking did nothing about it, and the staff at the property were blatant liars regarding the version of events they reported to Booking.
