The sauna was amazing; the herbal hot bath and the indoor lounge were spacious, clean and comfortable, and the women’s dormitory was separated so I could sleep with peace of mind. The bed was clean, and the hooks, valuables locker and amenities were plentiful. The check‑in entrance was confusing, though.

I stayed in the female dormitory—everything was spotless and the amenities were great. The capsule mattress was comfortable, and there was a small mirror and shelf to use.

The room was clean, stylish, and the community vibe was great. The staff were kind and the stay was very comfortable. Thank you for your care. The downside was that the bathroom outside the hotel required a PIN at night.

I used the hotel during Silver Week. The staff’s attitude was very good; the young male staff were very polite, and the whole building smelled wonderful—when I woke up the scent filled my body. What is that scent? I’d love to know. I’d like to use it at home, and I’ll definitely come back when I visit Yokohama.

The location, sauna, and women’s facilities were good. I wished there were a more detailed map for the layout when I returned from outside, and the second‑level handrail was a bit wobbly—please check it more often.
