The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly, and check‑in was easy.

Nothing! The room was cancelled by the motel, and we only found out when we got there, forcing us to find a replacement that evening. In hindsight I can’t recommend the motel because the grounds looked dirty. Rats were visible in the nearby stream. The photos don’t match reality; the property seemed rundown and some guests looked the same. The owner or front‑desk staff wouldn’t help us locate another room.

The office staff was very kind and professional. The rusty metal stairs broke as I was going up to my room because they were poorly welded. The TV didn’t work. The accordion door to the bathroom was falling apart, and there was a hole in the wall over the bed.
