How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, Wi‑Fi and the bathroom large, the location good, and the host’s service excellent—he gave great tour tips, and breakfast and lunch were fine. Nothing to complain about.

Sérgio was beyond courteous, the place was well‑structured, clean, organized, close to the center, and I really liked it—I’ll definitely come back. If you want to go to Flexeiras, stay in the Flexeiras suites—you won’t regret it. I highly recommend it. Nothing to complain about, I loved everything, the suite was wonderful.

I loved the room, it was spotless. It was a shame there was no breakfast. Unfortunately we had noisy neighbors next to our room who arrived at midnight from the street and caused a ruckus; otherwise, it was very good.

I had an excellent experience in this apartment! The place is very comfortable, extremely clean, organized, and almost brand‑new. You can feel the care in every detail to ensure a great stay. The owner is an amazing, attentive, polite, and helpful person who treated us very well from the first contact and was always available to assist with anything needed. I definitely recommend this accommodation.
