Nothing, very simple this place or location does not exist physically or even on maps it's all faik. I booked location for my son who arrived in Ajman he travelled to the location you provided but no accommodation been found ( عجمان هايتس) he foned the telephone number plus I telephoned the number you had provided, the phone is ringing no answer & sometimes said phone doesn't exist i been trying for 5 hours with no luck even i sent email the email is fake all this happening while my son on the street the whole night & the next day the 20/09/2026 . The next day I have to book for him 2 night at a hotel . I did got in touch with you via fone call & I explain the matter & been told that will got back to me as soon as possible but didn't happen then I foned again after few days to my surprise your employee didn't have any reference to my complaint so I have to tell my story again. Now here is what I'm going to do . 1/ I demand the refund the money I paid for the 2nd booking ( hotel plaza) I made. 2/ the money my son paid for a taxi all the way from Sharja City to Ajman city to the location you provided for ( عجمان هايتس) . If not I will take a legal action against you plus I name and shame you know my meaning. You should be a shame how dare are you to ask for my feedback after what you did to me you & the gangsters you deal with. What can I say everything. Start with no location 2nd no telephone pickup plus telephone do not exist

I called the Ajman Heights team and they said I hadn’t booked with them. I think they’re honest because I booked through an app, and that app sent me a link that charged me more than 62 Dirhams for two nights and gave me a wrong map several times. They took a two‑night commission and didn’t provide me the hotel location. The mistake was from the booking app, which stole my money. It’s a real thief—booking app is a hidden thief.

There really isn’t a building or room at that address. I ended up losing 33 dirhams, and when I tried to call the number they gave me, the person on the other end said he had no idea what I was talking about. Don’t let yourself get tricked.

There’s no such place at all, and the contact number doesn’t answer. We paid, but it turns out the location is wrong and we’re left out of pocket.
