I had an incredibly luxurious experience at this hotel, with every detail exuding elegance and comfort. The property was spotlessly clean, and the breakfast buffet was impressively diverse, catering to international tastes. The staff's exceptional professionalism and fluency in English made our stay seamless, from arrival to departure. Overall, it was a flawless experience that I'd love to repeat.

The staff at this hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, always available to assist. I also appreciated the comprehensive breakfast, which started at 6 am, perfect for early risers. The room and hotel amenities were great, and the pools were well-maintained.

I appreciated the hotel staff's kindness and the convenient location, with a renowned restaurant nearby and two minimarts within walking distance, which were useful for staying hydrated. The breakfast buffet on the terrace was standard, and I enjoyed a snack of cubed meat. However, my room was located under the top-floor restaurant, which meant I had to endure noise from the water pump and machinery until midnight, so I would advise against booking a room on the ninth floor.

I had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel, with a delicious breakfast and comfortable, standard rooms with cozy beds. However, there were a couple of areas for improvement - the hotel could consider heating the pool water, and I had a room in a corner location that felt a bit exposed, as other guests could peek into my room.

I was thoroughly impressed with my stay, thanks to the hotel's friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the breakfast was excellent, making for a wonderful overall experience.
