How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The place was clean and new, and the customer service was great. The saunas were pleasant and the food at the restaurant was amazing! However, there was no trash bin in the room, the room was tiny, like a ship’s cabin, the bathroom drainage was bad, and at 40 I found the bed too soft. For the price, I was left wanting more.

Everything was great, the SPA, the room, the food, we stayed longer than planned, there's a gym, a nearby beach, and there are trails for walking or cycling. The gym floor could use a bit of tidying, though maybe the parquet cover isn't the best idea for that spot :D

The spa was amazing – it offered 5 or 6 different kinds of treatments, a large pool for swimming lengths, and a more kids‑oriented play pool with a whirly current, making it perfect for couples and families alike. Breakfast was a knockout, the posh dinner upstairs was terrific, and the bistro dinner downstairs was also very good and plentiful. The best thing for us was the location: right by a beautiful beach in a bay that made the waves so quiet it felt more like a lake. We did a two‑hour loop walk to a little waterfall and then all the way back along the beach from Kloogaranna; the next day we took another two‑hour walk in the opposite direction, past the Arvo Part Centre and through the extensive forest trails – a magical place. Oh – and to the reviews that said the service was not friendly somehow? We found the opposite: reception was exemplary, even giving us a lift into town when Uber failed to come through.
