The room was spacious, but there was no lift to reach the top floor. I appreciated how friendly the staff were. On the downside, the scrambled eggs were sloppy—yellow and wet instead of fluffy and light—and the prices increased during busy periods, which felt unfair though I get why they do it. I also couldn’t locate the hair dryer because it was hidden under the desk with the chair pushed in; a sign indicating its spot would have helped.

The stairs in the room worked well, and the dog room offered plenty of space. However, a dedicated dog area with outside poo bins is missing, the spa facilities were unusable, and the restaurant lacks a dog area.
