The hotel’s location is fantastic, especially for night views. The breakfast wasn’t very tasty.

The city views were wonderful.

The hotel feels very traditional with a stunning view, and the free shuttle service is convenient. Outside shuttle hours you’ll need a car or taxi, and it’s not reachable on foot.

The night view is beautiful, but the bathroom was hot.

My husband and I loved staying in the Japanese‑style room, feeling truly pampered by the warm welcome, cold towels on a hot day, tea at check‑in, a tour before settling, and futon service—all signs of a great stay. We enjoyed the tasty breakfast, the dinner we booked in advance for our room (which required a reservation), the harbor view, and the onsen. The shuttle to Nagasaki Station worked well. I tried to book dinner via a message on our first night, but the message never seemed to get through, so we were told to take the shuttle back to the station, where we found many good options. We had a wonderful dinner the second night, so the hotel might want to monitor communication through the booking platform more closely.
