“Das Hotel war für unsere Zwecke,schlafen, duschen,frühstücken zu einem fairen Preis, genau richtig.”

The hotel sits a bit outside the center but is very close to a bus stop and metro station, so you can reach the city center quickly. The breakfast was great, with a wide selection of fruit, muesli, various milks, pastries, cold cuts, scrambled eggs, juices, water, and excellent coffee. The staff were always very friendly and helpful. The towels in the room were of very good quality and plentiful. The bed was really large and the mattress comfortable. A short walk away is a great restaurant (Lo Convento) with tasty food and very nice service. The reception floor was already quite worn, so the first impression wasn’t positive. Our Superior double room was also very large but already very worn. The bathroom had already had better days and the cleaning was somewhat superficial. The minibar was almost empty and never restocked.

The setting was simple, not chaotic, well‑furnished, with ample space, parking available, and the staff were helpful and professional. The breakfast was varied, complete, and of good quality in my view. Wi‑Fi was stable and performed well. I had a hiccup with the room that was resolved quickly, which made me wonder if the issue was already known and not handled.

“Was prima!”

The location was great, right next to the metro station so you’re basically in the city; the staff were very friendly and helpful. The shower felt a bit old‑fashioned and could use a refresh, though it was clean.

The service was top‑class and the breakfast was good, but the standard apartment’s bathroom box was extremely small; we upgraded and were satisfied.
