The spot is ideal if you’re heading to a concert or event at the fair. The room is set up for self‑served breakfast. A supermarket and metro are nearby. The room is basic but overall comfortable for my needs. The area is a bit deserted, but well served.

Great location for the evening’s event at Milan Fair. The owner was friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the room with a good variety. The place was clean.

The host’s availability and friendliness, the very close location to the fair, and the ability to leave the car in a guarded parking were all top points. Nothing else.

The room was spotless and very comfortable, and because it was on the ground floor I could enjoy a lovely garden instead of a balcony. Coffee and breakfast were included, and there was free parking right in front of the building. The host was excellent, the setting was quiet, restaurants were nearby, and a supermarket was very close. The only downside was that there was no kitchen or washing machine.
