The hotel was solid, but the real highlight was the staff’s kindness—every request was handled with genuine care, something we haven’t seen in the dozens of hotels we’ve visited worldwide. The rooms were quiet even though they’re near the road and town center, the shower was fantastic, and our room’s little outdoor jacuzzi was perfect for cooling evenings. Breakfast was decent, though we had to wait until the second day to figure out what to order. It’s only a few minutes from great restaurants, the beach, and a short drive to places like Plaka and Agios Nikolaos. We wanted an Elounda stay that didn’t feel like a resort on the outskirts, so this is probably the best option in the town, especially with the staff making everything smooth. The only downside is that parking and walking from the parking lot can be a bit tough—the lot is steep and the less‑than‑a‑minute walk on the road keeps you alert with passing cars.

The property is gorgeous, just like the photos, and everything is within walking distance. The staff are amazing—friendly and considerate. I’d suggest renting a small car to reach some of the nearby beaches; parking isn’t too bad once you get used to the narrow bend.

We stayed in 2025 and came back in 2026. The hotel is excellent, with great facilities, very friendly and helpful staff, and a superb location within walking distance of the beach, town, restaurants, and bars. Couldn’t ask for a better spot.
