“It's great. The owner is very good. I will recommend it to everyone!!”
The kitchen feels warm and cozy, and cooking there makes me feel very relaxed. It’s very clean, and all the utensils and seasonings are provided.

The comfort was good, but the distance from the city centre was a downside.

Everything was orderly, clean, and quiet. Nothing to complain about.

I stayed at this property for seven nights and can only leave an extremely positive review. The owner is an extraordinary person, with unique kindness and empathy. When I was struggling to find a stable rental, I wanted to extend my stay by another week. For one day the place was fully booked, but he still helped me, and as soon as a room became available due to a cancellation, he notified me immediately so I could complete the booking. Customer care like that is truly rare! The property is impeccable and clean every day of the week by a very kind cleaning lady. The location in the Borgo Vittoria neighbourhood is excellent and convenient: there’s everything nearby (post office, supermarkets, a great self‑service laundry, various shops, and a local market just a few steps away), plus great public transport. Even though the area is full of shops, it’s always very quiet, day and night. A useful note for future guests: during cleaning hours (Monday‑Saturday 11:30‑13:00 and Sunday 12:00‑13:30) it’s normally not possible to stay on the premises. It’s not a problem, but I mention it for better planning. In any case, for emergencies or needs, the cleaning lady is very kind and always available. I also suggest contacting the property a bit before arrival, as the owner will send a WhatsApp message with guidelines and access codes. The free Wi‑Fi is great. Highly recommended!
