How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The location was convenient! The room was comfortable for a hostel stay, and we were very grateful for the early check‑in. However, the hostel staff seemed to have some issues during our stay. There was uncomfortable yelling on the shared floor next to our room, which felt awkward and a little unnerving.

I liked the location, but it was awful when I could hear a woman moaning from the room next to mine.

The staff were good, responsive, and open to negotiation; I could leave luggage in the lobby, the atmosphere was comfortable, the location was close to the subway, and the facilities were good, with water bottle refills and cooking allowed. A spill on the stair landing wasn’t cleaned up promptly, there was no elevator, the space was tight, and a broken light wasn’t repaired.

The spot was convenient, right next to all the bars and restaurants in Itaewon.
