“Bhut ghatiya place”
I first thought it was a hotel, but it turned out to be a sweet shop; the bathroom was only ten steps away from the room, very small, no window, and they took a 600 fine from me for a single smoking violation—definitely a scam. I disliked everything: the service was terrible, no bottled water or complimentary items, and the overall experience was awful.
It’s a lovely spot—though the room is small, it matches the photos exactly, and both the room and bathroom were spotless. We felt welcomed and enjoyed trying the sweets; a bonus is the filtered water, so you don’t need to buy plastic bottles. If I return to Mumbai, I’ll definitely stay here again! :-)
The staff were very good, and overall I’m very satisfied with everything.

The owner was friendly, yet the ambiance was poor and the property itself was hard to locate because there was no signage; I would not recommend this place to anyone.
I got great value here. The place is within walking distance to Andheri train station. The staff were welcoming, and there’s a bakery inside with tasty food. It works well for foreigners.
